If you are experiencing issues with your account here are some tips and tools to help.
Staff accounts
- Password Reset Service - enrollment is required prior to using the services
- Also available from a number of locations - Employee Portal, FCPS eMail, and FCPS device login screen
- Unlock a locked account
- Reset a password when the current password is unknown
- Password requirements - see the sidebar on this page
Student accounts
- Students will have to see their school's User Support Specialist or equivalent to manage account issues

Password Requirements
- Can't be any of your last 10 passwords
- Can't contain account name or parts of user full name that exceed two consecutive characters
- Must be at least eight characters in length
- Must contain at least one character from at least three of the following four categories
- English uppercase characters (A through Z)
- English lowercase characters (a through z)
- Base 10 digits (0 through 9)
- Non-alphabetic “special” characters (for example: !$#%)
