Hours of Operation
During the summer months, FCPS operates on a four-day work week. All schools and offices are closed on Fridays. Beginning Monday, June 10, Urbana High School offices will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. for walk in hours; 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. by appointment only. Important: school counselors do not work every day during the summer; you should always have an appointment to meet with a counselor.
UHS will be closed to the public the week of June 17. This week is designated as a quiet week to allow school-based administrators to wrap up the school year and hold internal meetings. School camps and practices scheduled at UHS during this week will continue as planned.

Student schedules will be visible on Schoology the week of August 5.
Back to School Night
Mark your calendars for Back-to-School Night on Monday, August 19 from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. During this time, there will be informational sessions and a chance to follow your first term schedule and meet teachers.
Juniors and Seniors
Juniors and Seniors should check Naviance to view the list of College Representatives visiting Urbana High School. You can register there, as well, if you are interested in hearing more about a particular college.
Juniors and Seniors should also check Naviance for the list of current scholarships. If a transcript is needed for a specific scholarship, please email the counseling office. DO NOT REQUEST A TRANSCRIPT THROUGH NAVIANCE.
